I'm Tonya 23, and I like to challenge my mentality and intellect with various questions. Today's question is "What if having anxiety is normal?" First let me start with a simple definition of Anxiety. As per Miriam Webster Anxiety is an apprehensive uneasiness or nervousness usually over an impending or anticipated ill : a state of being. Medical definition: an abnormal and overwhelming sense of apprehension and fear often marked by physical signs (such as tension, sweating, and increased pulse rate), by doubt concerning the reality and nature of the threat, and by self-doubt about one's capacity to cope with it

I realize no one sees things the same way, and I'm known to think in my own lane so welcome to Tonya 23's philosophy on this subject. (see CBD choices at tonya23.com)Although I understand that causes of anxiety vary from dietary choices into more advanced medical treatments, and we will leave those evaluations up to the medical professionals. I have my education in medicinal herbal solutions, Aromatherapy, Sound healing accompanied with frequency healing, crystal therapy and treatments. For example certain crystals work with energies such as anxiety. Yes, I actually said anxiety manifests as an energy. In the human body it manifests as nervousness about functions of daily life in one way or another. I have had the opportunity to work with people as they experienced anxiety. In every instance the person was going thru a major change in their lives. One person was moving to another country, a first time college student, starting new jobs, fear of medical procedures and medicines, events where the person is a speaker, event MC, adoptions and those entering or exiting romantic relationships. The common denominator is a deep level of stress. Adrenalin is the hormone responsible for what we all experience as "fight or flight mode". When this hormone is released on multiple occasions there can be overstimulation. Energetically speaking, anything not in balance causes a manifestation matching the energetic sequence. Stress is the culprit. Anxiety is something that anyone can experience and when people live with such uncertainty or trust in their situations they tend to feel helpless. A way I have adopted to help is to be a good listener and pick up on certain key words one uses to describe
what they are experiencing. I find these suggestions most helpful to just create a space of unconditional love for them, and also realize it is normal to be anxious we all have a lot we are working thru and sometimes we don't catch a break and its very easy to become overwhelmed. Awareness is key. Once we are aware of how we handle things safety nets can be set up. For ex: call a friend or family member who you are close to. Everyone should have at least one person that together you can build each other up those who care for you is so important. As a new year's resolution, I am stating as a goal being more mindful that I'm not alone and I want to build a network of those who can be there for one another. I find the more I work on my self development I'm being drawn to others naturally who need to hear this message. We are more than we give ourselves credit for this reality to me is so changeable by mentalities. We don't have to believe any debilitating notions about ourselves you can choose to better about yourself. Lastly, Reiki sessions are great for working thru anxiety. As energetic beings we should take the time to learn ways to balance our energies which include emotions and feelings. Sometimes simply talking about what your going thru makes your energy feel lighter, comedy or painting, some way of using your energy that feels good to you. Natural energy outlets, sports, running, walking, bike riding all helps to balance energy centers. Hot baths, and for some cold showers may bring some relief as well. Try to be around people who don't have a lot of chaotic and negative energy which looks like this once manifested; envy, jealousy, hatred, back biting, greedy, etc. These energetic signatures in no way improve anxious moments.
